- Drafting, vetting, or editing routine and simple business matters with extensive revisions (up to 5 per month).
- Rendering legal opinions in writing (up to 5 per month);
- Review of legal and statutory notices and drafting replies to the same in the ordinary course of business (up to 3 per month).
- Regular compliance and documentation reviews.
- Contract drafting and pre-signature review support.
- Policy development for HR, data protection, and internal governance.
- Strategic legal advice on business structure and commercial dealings.
